Setting up your Email in Outlook Express
The Internet Connection Wizard makes short work of setting up your online mailbox by walking you through each step for every e-mail account you set up.
You can begin the process of adding your email account to Outlook Express by clicking on Set up a Mail account... from the main screen like the one shown below or clicking on Tools menu then selecting Accounts. then click Add followed by Mail...
Your Name
When you send e-mail, your name will appear in the From field of the outgoing message. Type your name as you would like it to appear to the people who receive your email, then click Next to continue.

Internet E-mail Address
Your e-mail address is the address other people use to send e-mail messages to you. Enter your full email address into this field. If you do not know your email address check with the owner of your website or your webmaster.

E-mail Server Names
Your incoming mail server is a POP3 server. Your incoming mail POP3 server is mail.domain.xyz where domain.xyz is the same as your website address without the www in front. Enter the same value for your Outgoing mail (SMTP) server.
Internet Mail Logon
Type the account name and password your Internet service provider has given you.
Do not select Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA).
Click Next to continue.

Congratulations!
You have successfully entered all of the information required to setup your account. Click Finish to start using Outlook Express.
