Troubleshooting Email Problems
- Undeliverable Mail - 553 sorry, that domain isn't allowed to be relayed thru this MTA (#5.7.1)
This problem is due to an interaction between your email server and your email client designed to prevent people from spamming. It requires you to log into your incoming email account prior to sending email. Steps to configure this in Microsoft Outlook are as follows.

In Microsoft Outlook, select Tools - E-mail Accounts...

Select View or change existing e-mail accounts then click Next

Select the email account you need to configure then click Change...

Click on the More Settings... button

In the Internet E-Mail Settings dialog click on the Outgoing Server tab

Place a check mark in the box next to My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication

Then select the Lon on to incoming mail server before sending mail

Click OK - Next - Finish
